Decoration & Rendering
How we generally work through internal decoration:
- Complete redecoration of flat - Bedroom, Kitchen, Lounge, Hallway
- Rub down all walls, skirting etc
- Make good walls, ceilings, skirting boards etc
- 3 coats of quality emulsion applied to walls
- Undercoat & Gloss to all wood work
How we generally work through external decoration:
- Repair existing rendering front, rear and large gable end of property
- Fill cracks with good quality filler
- Rub down & apply 3 coats of good quality exterior paint
- Seal all PVC with white mastic
The job took 3 weeks for this large 5 bed property.
- Renew all sills
- Re-render
- Fill & completely redecorate
The job took 2 weeks for the front & rear elevation of this 2 bed property.
How we generally render a wall:
- Use a Kango Gun to remove old render
- Apply a scratch coat of sand & cement
- Score lines through the coat
- Apply top coat of sand & cement, smoothing over to prepare for decoration
- Re-render whole property
- Re-pebbledash
